They don’t understand how the process works, which is why I wrote the book in the first place. “How to Have a Stress Free Mortgage” gives people an idea of what they need to do in advance before they start looking for a house or a mortgage. In my mortgage consulting with clients, it’s about communication, understanding, and leading someone through the process so that they feel more comfortable - and that just takes the stress out.
